This data analysis can reliably predict potential product shortfalls and trigger production build points based on customer demand and current inventory. Immediately Pulse monitor answers the question of what product to produce, when, and how much. Pulse monitor supports optimal inventory levels, lowers inventory costs, and protects the customer from short shipments, and result in the most efficient use of production resources and capacity.

ForeSite's Pulse Monitor is an easy-to-interpret view of customer demand and inventory that automatically triggers product built points.

Pulse monitor will allow the operations and leadership to easily answer these questions:

1. What is the priority to produce a product: high, medium, or low?

2. What is the required quantity to meet customer demand for a given product?

3. What is the Time on Hand, which is how many days of inventory are currently available?

4. Do we have the input material (WIP) available to make the product?

5. Are we carrying excess inventory?
